Finding Purpose in the Process
Finding Value in Difficult Seasons
Some seasons of life feel like they just keep going. When difficult situations stretch on, it can be easy to become discouraged, frustrated, or caught up in complaining. But even in the hardest moments, there is an opportunity to choose a different perspective.
“Some of the trying situations we find ourselves in seem to go on for a long time. With that comes complaining & discouragement. At this point you need to promptly ask Jesus to help you see something valuable as you press through the situation at hand with the best possible positive attitude.”
When we ask Jesus to help us see the value in what we are facing, our circumstances may not immediately change—but our perspective can. Difficult seasons can teach us patience, strengthen our faith, and help us grow in ways we may not recognize until later.
Today, instead of focusing on how long the situation has lasted, ask Jesus to show you what He wants you to learn through it. Keep pressing forward with faith, gratitude, and a positive attitude. There may be something valuable waiting to be discovered right in the middle of the struggle.
